Position Summary

Provides highly specialized repair and preventative maintenance services to therapeutic and diagnostic medical equipment (computerized tomography (CT), magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), Linear Accelerators, Catheter Labs, etc.). Participates in the overall management of their area of expertise to provide high quality, low cost service with a high emphasis on customer satisfaction.This position will include travel to Ludington Hospital, Gerber Memorial Hospital, Reed City Hospital, Big Rapids Hospital, United Hospital, Kelsey Hospital, Zeeland Community Hospital and Ambulatory sites.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:
Education - Associate's Degree in biomedical engineering, related field or equivalent
Experience - Six years experience as a field service engineer or related field
Licenses - Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) certificates of training in at least two modalities
Preferred Qualifications:
Education - Bachelor's Degree in engineering, management, computer science or healthcare administration
Licenses - Certification Radiology Equipment Specialists (CRES)
